Facility Executive Technical

Overview

Facility Executive Technical role at JLL responsible for the operation and maintenance of facility engineering infrastructure in Gurugram.

What you'll need

• Diploma (Electrical) with minimum 2 years' experience, or B.Tech. (Electrical) with minimum 1 year's experience
• Well conversant with Facility Engineering Infrastructure including MEP (Electrical Distribution, UPS Units, Battery Systems, Critical & Comfort AC etc.)
• Fire Safety knowledge (Fire Alarm Systems, Detection Systems, VESDA & Suppression Systems)
• ELV Systems knowledge (CCTV & Access Control Systems, Water Leak Detection System, Rodent Repellant Systems etc.)
• Experienced in managing Operation & Maintenance of low side Engineering Infrastructure of facilities
• Well versed with operation of BMS / Centralized Command Center
• Sound knowledge of critical environments including UPS Rooms, Battery Rooms, IT Areas & Plant Rooms
• Good understanding of escalation processes for notifying stakeholders as per various alarm categories
• Good English reading, writing and speaking skills
• Identify and choose most appropriate canned responses and amend, as needed, in clear grammatically correct English
