Field Engineer Well Production Services

Overview

Field Engineer (Well Production Services) is responsible for safe, efficient, and reliable well production services delivery to customers.

What you'll do

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable service delivery for customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and implement standard work.
• Manage risk during service delivery and ensure deliverables are accurate and on time.
• Execute customer service delivery and participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Ensure compliance using the Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Lead service quality meetings with customers and improve performance via action plans.
• Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives, wear PPE, and follow HSE policies.

What you'll need

• 5 years of field experience in gravel pack pumping operations.
• Designing and field execution of 30 gravel pack jobs.
• Experience in alternate path screen jobs in a deepwater environment (minimum 10 jobs).
