Overview
Client-facing AEM Field Engineer role focused on helping clients realize and quantify value driven by Adobe solutions.
What you'll do
- Serve as a recognized authority in AEM software-based solutions and technologies.
- Educate clients on standard methodologies aligned to their industry and business requirements.
- Analyze complex project issues and identify solution options for review with clients and partners.
- Gain in-depth understanding of clients’ technical environments, objectives, goals, and challenges to advise on customer success and value.
- Multi-task across multiple client engagements and internal initiatives.
- Interact frequently with clients via Microsoft Teams and email with marketers, analysts, web developers, and C-level executives.
- Maintain daily project hour records for weekly timesheet submission and updated workload estimates.
What you'll need
- Capacity to translate business requirements into architecture, design, and development activities for complex web solutions.
- Experience articulating technical solutions for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Deep technical knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Sites and Assets across on-premises, Managed Services, and Cloud Services.
- Experience in one or more: AEM Guides, SPA Frameworks/SPA Editor, AEM Forms, Edge Delivery Services (plus).
- Proficiency in Java, Sling, HTL (Sightly), JavaScript, and related web technologies (CSS, HTML).
- Must have experience implementing AEM integration with one or more Adobe products (e.g., Adobe Launch, AA, AT, AAM, Campaign, Marketo, Commerce, Workfront, ContextHub-based personalization, Creative Cloud products).
- 5+ years of direct client consulting experience.
