Field Executive

About the Job

Field Executive (Full-time, OnSite) is responsible for building and strengthening local business relationships while driving field-level growth. In this role, you will maintain regular visits to prospects and partners, and assist with smooth back-office coordination through accurate documentation and mobile app data entry. You will also represent the organization with a confident, professional presence—bringing strong communication, disciplined follow-ups, and a results-oriented approach to every assigned territory.

• Plan and execute daily/weekly field activities to identify, approach, and convert potential store opportunities.
• Draft and share professional letter drafting documents as per internal requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales and activity records using Mobile App Data Entry, ensuring real-time updates.
• Demonstrate strong Field Sales practices by communicating value propositions clearly and following up systematically.
• Use computer and internet proficiency for routine reporting, data verification, and communication support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Ability to perform Field Sales activities with discipline, consistency, and a target-driven mindset.
• Strong communication skills with the confidence to handle in-person conversations and follow-ups.
• Proficiency in Mobile App Data Entry and maintaining clean, accurate records.
• Working knowledge of computer and internet tools for documentation, updates, and basic reporting.
• Basic competency in letter drafting and preparing structured written communication.
