Sales Development Representative

Overview

Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting, contacting leads, and booking sales appointments as part of the sales/business development process.

What you'll do

• Identify and hunt prospects using inbound motion and prospecting.
• Complete daily volume of calls and emails to prospects in the territory.
• Contact new prospects and develop business relationships.
• Act as the first in-depth point of contact for prospective partners and customers.
• Provide product information and communicate the value proposition.
• Secure an assigned number of sales appointments (webinars, in-person meetings, events, etc.).
• Document all calls and email activities in the CRM system.

What you'll need

• Have 5 months to 2 years of Sales/Business Development experience with B2B corporate sales experience.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) with a passion for technology.
• Strong initiative and personal leadership; self-starter.
• Strong business acumen, ethics, and high integrity.
• Ability to develop relationships over the phone.
• Be organized, articulate, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.

Details

• Remote position; candidate must be based in Mumbai.
• Reports to the Manager of Business Development.
• Works closely with Account Executives in the assigned region.
