Field Sales & Services Intern

Overview

Field Sales & Services Intern (Chemical Analysis Division) for a 10-week internship exploring field sales and field service roles and how they collaborate for customer success.

What you'll do

• Learn about business divisions, instruments, technologies, and customers across the scientific community.
• Shadow experienced Sales Representatives and Field Service Engineers on ride-alongs.
• Understand how Sales and Field Service teams collaborate to deliver customer-focused experiences.
• Participate in a guided manufacturing site visit, including tours of production areas.
• Complete summer projects that include field exposure and diagnostics/selling-related training.
• Build connections with fellow interns, cross-functional team members, and leadership.

What you'll need

• Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor’s degree in specified Life Sciences/Engineering/Chemistry/Biomedical or a related technical/scientific field between December 2027 – June 2028.
• Previous related internships and/or work experience totaling 1+ years experience.
• Familiarity with technical drawings, engineering terminology, or scientific instrumentation.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other technical tools.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, emotional intelligence, and coachability.
• Geographic mobility and flexibility required; onsite/in-office work is required throughout the program.

• Work schedule: Mon–Fri.
• Internship options starting May 24, 2027 or June 14, 2027.
• Location line: Remote, Massachusetts, USA.
