Overview
Finance & Strategy role focused on deal strategy—managing complex deals and building standardized processes that balance speed with control.
What you'll do
- Conduct growth and margin analysis, discount impact assessment, and deal profitability modeling.
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure customer deals that protect pricing, financial, and strategic interests.
- Review enterprise deals exceeding standard parameters, including pricing structures and contract terms.
- Coordinate across sales, finance, legal, and compliance throughout the deal lifecycle to ensure timely approvals.
- Assess risks in non-standard deal terms and escalate to senior stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain deal approval policies, pricing guidelines, and exception handling procedures.
- Create approval workflows, escalation procedures, and standardized templates for complex deals.
What you'll need
- 7+ years of experience in deal strategy, deal desk, finance, sales strategy and operations, or related analytical roles.
- Hands-on experience building sophisticated financial models, pricing optimization, and structuring complex deals.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities across multiple departments.
- Detail-oriented process improvement skills and the ability to design scalable workflows.
- Experience with CRM systems, CPQ tools, and contract management platforms.
- Ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional partnership.
Details
- Hybrid location-based policy: in-office at least 25% of the time.
- Visa sponsorship is available for some roles/candidates, with reasonable efforts made if offered.
- Annual compensation range is $240,000–$325,000 USD (OTE for sales roles).
