Sr. Solutions Engineer- Institutions

Overview

Senior Solutions Engineer for Addepar’s Institutional market, partnering through the sales cycle to lead technical engagements with enterprise clients and executives.

What you'll do

• Act as lead domain authority for fund managers, institutional allocators, and OCIOs.
• Partner with Account Executives to design complex deal structures and multi-year expansion roadmaps.
• Guide prospects and clients through modernization of workflows and adoption of Addepar’s AI-powered insights.
• Conduct executive-level discovery to identify business inefficiencies and map them to a technical vision including AI, data lakehouses, and integrations.
• Design tailored demo environments and run end-to-end custom proof-of-concepts (POCs) including client data ingestion.
• Lead technical executive reviews for key existing relationships and identify/deliver new platform value.

What you'll need

• 7+ years in Sales/Solutions Engineering or Solutions Architecture.
• Proven history of closing high-revenue enterprise deals and navigating global enterprise procurement.
• Deep domain expertise in investment management and analysis across LPs and GPs.
• Deep fluency in AI-driven software and modern data ecosystems.
• Ability to translate “data strategy” and “efficiency” across executive functions.
• Confidence to guide high-stakes technical engagements with C-suite stakeholders.
