Financial Analyst, FP&A

Overview

The Financial Analyst, FP&A supports financial decision-making through reporting, analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. This entry-level role helps leadership use accurate data and develop actionable insights.

What you'll do

• Own recurring reports, dashboards, and variance analyses.
• Support budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
• Convert financial-system data into reliable reporting.
• Track KPIs and flag meaningful trends or variances.
• Prepare materials for monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Complete ad hoc analyses and special projects.
• Streamline and automate reporting processes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 0–3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, FP&A, or a related field.
• Internship experience may be considered.
• Strong Excel skills.
• Exposure to Claude and other AI tools.
• Attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
