Financial Analyst – Sr Associate

Overview

The role is for a Sr Associate Financial Analyst who acts as an individual contributor supporting finance functions and small to medium projects/business units.

What you'll do

• Serve as a financial analyst and business partner for assigned client groups or organization segments.
• Design and run new reports using OneStream, Power BI, SAP BO, and Excel.
• Prepare sales commission calculations and submit them before payroll deadlines.
• Submit weekly sales/order data to a consolidation system for weekly reporting.
• Liaise with commercial and channel development teams and report on dealer and market manager performance.
• Support finance controllers with margin model analysis and investigate monthly result variances.
• Generate and distribute monthly and quarterly management reports.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance, or MBA, or ICWA, or CA.
• 4-6 years of professional financial analysis experience.
• Expert knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Well-developed interpersonal and communication skills for communicating with international teams.
• Highly-developed analytical skills to analyze problems and data relationships.
• Ability to identify, define, and resolve problems/projects/programs.
