Financial Controller

Overview

Financial Controller responsible for accounting, taxation, treasury and reporting, working with the external Certified Accountant and auditors, keeping legal housekeeping and governance up to date, and working closely with local management and the group leadership in Belgium.

What you'll do

• Manage the company's accounting, taxation, treasury and reporting in close collaboration with the external Certified Accountant and auditors.
• Ensure legal housekeeping (compliance, governance, etc.) is up to date.
• Oversee vendor management, purchasing and ordering, and travel bookings together with the country lead and the local admin team.
• Handle accounting and taxes (GST, TDS, income taxes).
• Prepare monthly financial reporting to the Head Office and management.
• Provide budget and forecasting input.
• Manage vendors and treasury.
• Handle travel management and cost monitoring.
• Manage legal housekeeping (board resolutions, etc.).
• Provide local operational support.
