Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

Overview

Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst role focused on collecting, analyzing, and interpreting financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and business performance.

What you'll do

• Collect, analyze, and interpret financial data.
• Update budgets and forecasts and identify trends and problems.
• Communicate financial insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Own end-to-end bottom-up accounting for local units related to Real Estate Product Groups.
• Oversee commercial execution of Capex projects and implement quarterly Capex projections.
• Prepare annual budgeting and perform analysis of actual performance vs plan.

What you'll need

• 3-5 years of post-qualification experience.
• Knowledge of financial planning and analysis.
• Enhanced knowledge of SAP and BI tools.
• Degree in CMA/CA/US CMA/CIMA/ACCA/MBA.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to apply while pursuing a degree (final year/intermediate/awaiting results).
