Fit Out- Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate fit-out activities for occupants and tenants, including drawing approvals, utility provision, site execution monitoring, building upkeep and client support. The role reports to the Property Manager and works with the operations team.

What you'll do

• Ensure all necessary utilities are provided to occupants and tenants.
• Maintain drawing submissions and approvals for fit-out work.
• Coordinate with contractors on minor execution issues.
• Maintain records of all building drawings.
• Ensure instructions and guidelines are followed according to the fit-out manual.
• Provide necessary permits, including night work, hot work and height work permits.
• Coordinate security arrangements for fit-out execution activities.
• Monitor and control work in progress according to the client-approved plan.
• Ensure completion of snagging and de-snagging work for flats and common areas.
• Ensure site safety requirements are followed.
• Advise contractors on minor execution issues.
• Ensure work meets client design control specifications.
• Visit ongoing fit-out work daily to check the civil work layout.
• Work with management to improve and maintain the building in a clean and maintenance-free condition.
• Meet clients starting fit-out work to resolve queries about working procedures, instructions and material handling according to approved drawings and other fit-out and operational documents.
• Maintain a fit-out tracker.
• Provide clients with suitable energy conservation plans.
• Coordinate and maintain the as-built drawing and transition document library.
• Work with regional RO, HO, SME and Training teams to ensure closure of required reports.
• Facilitate services under the “No Safety No Work” slogan.
• Assign and monitor maintenance projects.

What you'll need

• A Degree, Diploma or relevant educational background in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 1-2 years of work experience.
• Analytical and meticulous working approach.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to use logic to troubleshoot problems.
• Good knowledge of working procedures for fit-out.

• Scheduled weekly hours: 48.
• Reporting to the Property Manager.
