Flex Solution Senior Staff Engineer -Customer Program

Overview

Senior Staff Engineer serving as the primary technical owner for Qualcomm Flex Platform customer programs. The role leads OEM integration, system performance analysis, technical issue resolution, and cross-functional delivery for Digital Cockpit and ADAS solutions.

What you'll do

• Lead Flex Platform integration on reference and customer hardware.
• Integrate Digital Cockpit systems using QNX, AUTOSAR Classic and Adaptive, and Android.
• Bring up BSPs and drivers and debug low-level boot and runtime issues.
• Integrate ADAS software stacks and analyse data flows, latency, and performance.
• Coordinate Qualcomm engineering teams across hardware, software, systems, safety, security, tools, and test.
• Drive resolution of critical technical issues and support design reviews and joint debugging.
• Act as the main technical counterpart to OEM engineering leadership.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of senior engineering experience in Digital Cockpit, ADAS, or AD.
• Experience working with major global OEMs on large-scale mixed-criticality programs.
• Experience with C, C++, Java, Python, or similar programming languages.
• Strong knowledge of BSP integration, performance analysis, SoC architecture, hypervisors, and virtual machines.
• Experience with QNX, Linux, Android, middleware, toolchains, and AUTOSAR.
• Understanding of automotive safety, quality, security, and cybersecurity requirements.
• Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, computer science, information systems, or a related field.

Nice to have

• German language skills.
• Experience with ADAS perception, sensor fusion, planning, and control.
• Prior experience at Qualcomm, a major semiconductor vendor, or a Tier-1 supplier.
