Overview
The Food & Beverage Coordinator oversees corporate food court operations, client service, teams, budgets, compliance, suppliers, facilities and business continuity for food and beverage services.
What you'll do
- Develop and implement strategic plans, marketing initiatives and training programs to enhance employee and customer satisfaction, optimize sales and ensure profitability.
- Monitor industry developments, market dynamics and competitive landscapes.
- Design and execute business expansion strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
- Establish annual F&B budgets.
- Oversee corporate food court operations across multiple cuisine counters and a central kitchen.
- Develop and execute diverse menu offerings tailored to client preferences and industry standards.
- Monitor and control costs associated with food, fuel and labor.
- Manage cash handling systems, including inventory and receivable tracking.
- Supervise Hungerbox operations in Bangalore.
- Manage pest control activities with the facility operations team.
- Conduct Monthly Meeting Reviews with clients to assess service effectiveness and address concerns.
- Develop promotional strategies, recognition programs and marketing campaigns.
- Lead and supervise teams at multiple levels.
- Oversee talent acquisition, training, coaching and career development programs.
- Implement leadership development strategies and internal succession planning.
- Develop and manage budgets and monitor food, labour and utility expenses.
- Implement strategic procurement practices.
- Maintain hygiene standards and compliance with FSSAI guidelines.
- Conduct routine hygiene inspections and self-audits and report findings for corrective action.
- Oversee procurement and vendor selection processes.
- Negotiate with suppliers for quality and pricing.
- Lead planning and execution of new office F&B spaces from procurement through operational launch.
- Develop contingency plans for operational disruptions and food safety concerns.
- Train kitchen staff and pantry team on emergency response protocols.
- Implement cost-saving strategies and track financial metrics.
- Identify operational challenges, develop solutions and use data-driven insights to enhance efficiency.

- Participate in industry, social and community engagements.
