Overview

Design, deploy, and support enterprise AI solutions across diverse platforms, while resolving application and service-management issues.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver AI-driven solutions using Generative and Agentic AI.
• Automate processes and integrate intelligent insights into enterprise workflows.
• Organize AI workflow and architecture deployments across technology platforms.
• Facilitate solution integration across enterprise technology ecosystems.
• Diagnose and resolve application incidents and service requests.
• Monitor and maintain supported applications.
• Communicate with stakeholders and document solutions.

What you'll need

• At least 12 years of experience is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow IT Service Management.
• Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Experience with incident management and service request fulfillment.
• Familiarity with the ITIL framework.
• 15 years of full-time education.
