AEM Technical Architect

Overview

Lead technical architecture and competency development for Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Edge Delivery Services (EDS), including Generative AI and Agentic AI adoption across digital experience solutions. Manage and mentor teams while providing architecture oversight across programs.

What you'll do

• Define technical vision for AEM Sites, Assets, Headless, Cloud Service, and EDS.
• Establish reusable frameworks, accelerators, best practices, and governance models.
• Drive Generative AI and Agentic AI adoption across AEM use cases.
• Support proposals and client presentations with estimates and architecture blueprints.
• Develop AEM and AI competency roadmaps, training, workshops, and certification programs.
• Lead, mentor, hire, and develop AEM developers, architects, and leads.
• Establish coding standards, reviews, delivery governance, and escalation support.

What you'll need

• 12+ years of experience in digital experience platforms.
• 4+ years of hands-on AEM/EDS architecture experience.
• Deep experience with AEM Sites, Assets, Headless CMS, and AEM as a Cloud Service.
• Experience with Generative AI, LLMs, prompt engineering, and content automation.
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI in enterprise workflows.
• Strong solution architecture experience with microservices, APIs, and cloud-native systems.
• Experience leading teams and complex engagements with global clients.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AEM Edge Delivery Services.
• AEM Architect certification.
