Overview
Build and deploy forward-deployed AI agents for governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) professionals, taking agents from prototype to production-grade reliability in enterprise customer environments.
What you'll do
- Embed with major enterprise customers (global banks, regulated corporates) across EU and US.
- Run agent-focused discovery workshops with internal audit, risk, compliance, and governance teams.
- Rapidly prototype agentic solutions and test them with practitioners.
- Source, integrate, and move data between enterprise systems for live implementations.
- Build evaluation infrastructure, golden datasets, guardrails, and observability for production-grade agent reliability.
- Develop and implement mechanisms to prevent agentic AI failures (e.g., silent regressions, context degradation, prompt instability, non-deterministic outputs).
- Translate customer needs into concrete API surfaces, data integration requirements, and agent tool specifications.
What you'll need
- Experience shipping at least one SaaS production agent from prototype through live deployment and regression evaluation.
- Enterprise implementation experience sourcing data from multiple systems and building integrations.
- Deep understanding of the agent development life cycle: evaluation frameworks, guardrails, observability, prompt versioning, and golden datasets.
- Software engineering fundamentals including APIs, data pipelines, backend services, and agent tool-calling frameworks (MCP or equivalent), using TypeScript and/or Python.
- Experience with multi-agent orchestration patterns including orchestrator/sub-agent architectures and shared context models.
- Comfort operating across technical and business environments, including working with company Board and ELT while debugging failing agent traces.
- Curiosity about GRC, audit, and compliance domains, with drive to learn it fast.
Details
- Hybrid work model; onsite at least 50% if within commuting distance to a Diligent office location.
- Flexibility to travel regularly across EU and US customer sites.
- US pay range: $130,000–$170,000 USD.
