Forward Deployed Engineer

Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work where Jeeves' product meets its most complex customers across Latin America. You'll integrate Jeeves with customer systems, design financial workflows, own the technical path to go-live, and feed field learnings back to Product and Engineering.

What you'll do

• Work hands-on with finance and engineering teams at high-growth and enterprise companies across Latin America.
• Connect Jeeves to customers' ERPs and internal systems.
• Design flows for card programs, AP automation, and treasury movement across fiat and stablecoins.
• Own the technical path to go-live.
• Write and ship production code.
• Work directly with customers' Controllers or CFOs.
• Share what you learn in the field with Product and Engineering teams to shape what they build next.

• Location: Mexico City, Mexico.
• This is a full-time remote position.
• The role may also be performed in a hybrid arrangement from the Mexico City office in Roma Norte on a flexible schedule.
