Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE)

Overview

We're hiring a Senior Forward Deployed Engineer (FDE) for the Wingman team, with a backend engineering background and experience building and deploying AI agents. The role develops and deploys AI agents while working closely with customers to turn real-world challenges into scalable solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop and deploy numerous AI agents for the Wingman team.
• Work directly with customers to understand technical and business challenges and turn them into scalable solutions.
• Own projects end-to-end, from requirements to deployment and iteration.
• Debug complex issues across applications, integrations, APIs, and workflows.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience.
• Strong backend engineering background.
• Proven experience building and deploying AI agents in production.
• Strong ownership mindset with the ability to work independently in ambiguous situations.

Nice to have

• Startup background preferred.

• Location: Bangalore.
• Work from office 5 days/week.
