Overview

Forward Deployed Engineering Manager to lead the AI Labs engineering team that deploys autonomous AI agents with enterprise customers across content, media, and sales.

What you'll do

• Work with enterprise customers to implement AI agents and workflows.
• Customize and adapt the platform for real-world customer environments.
• Run rapid iteration cycles using customer feedback and usage data.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into technical solutions and product requirements.
• Provide structured feedback to product and engineering teams to improve platform capabilities.
• Lead a small engineering pod focused on customer deployments and solutioning.
• Drive measurable customer outcomes by aligning deployments to customer KPIs.

What you'll need

• Experience in customer-facing engineering, solutions engineering, or consulting roles.
• Background in technology consulting, business consulting, or forward deployed engineering.
• Experience operating in ambiguous environments to solve real business problems.
• Exposure to LLM-powered features such as AI copilots/assistants and workflow automation.
• Understanding of how AI systems behave in real-world production environments.
• Ability to connect technical solutions to business outcomes and decide what to productize vs customize.
• Experience collaborating closely with product teams.
• Business consulting experience is stated as a must-have.
