Partner Sales Desk Specialist

Overview

Global Partner Sales Desk Specialist for partner-led deal flow, bridging external partners and internal teams to ensure accurate, compliant deal registration and order pipeline execution.

What you'll do

• Review and validate Deal Registrations (DR) for speed, precision, and program compliance.
• Troubleshoot partner submission issues and respond to inquiries to help partners succeed.
• Coordinate across Partner Account Managers, Deal Desk, and Order Management to keep PO and quote movement accurate and on time.
• Manage CRM hygiene and maintain customer and partner data in Salesforce (SFDC) and Partner Portals.
• Audit and validate accounts to provide accurate leadership insights.
• Support sales activities by advising partners and communicating transactional and quoting statuses via Slack and email.
• Participate in team development and adapt to cross-regional timezone shifts and high-volume cycles.

What you'll need

• 3–5 years of experience in partner operations, channel operations, or SaaS partner programs.
• Empathy-led ability to see operational roadblocks from the partner and internal team perspectives.
• Radical ownership for accuracy, follow-through, and data integrity.
• Ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment while staying calm under pressure.
• Exceptional communication skills including active listening and clear explanation across cross-functional teams.
