Sr Manager, Strategy & Operations

Overview

Sr Manager, Strategy & Operations role in APAC Systems & XFN Enablement, reporting to the APAC Director.

What you'll do

• Own the execution layer that turns the region’s systems foundation into a source of trust.
• Own Salesforce hygiene end-to-end and enable Sales teams with self-serve tools.
• Support regional and global systems transformation initiatives.
• Run change management and self-serve training series with managers and Salesforce champion community.
• Operate governance gates for rev-group creation and maintain a clean audit trail with Finance, HR, and Deal Desk.
• Track and report success measures (mapping accuracy, backlog, adoption, meetings/FTE, training completion) to demonstrate ROI.

What you'll need

• 8–10 years in Sales Ops, Revenue Ops, Systems/Salesforce administration, or Strategy (ideally in ad tech, SaaS, or digital media).
• Hands-on Salesforce/CRM expertise including account/territory mapping, workflow rules, and Portfolio Manager App or equivalent tools.
• Comfortable running change management with frontline managers through training and governance cadences.
• Data-driven judgment to decide when processes should flex versus hold governance.
• Collaboration across Finance, HR, Deal Desk, Sales, and Engineering.
• Track record of designing durable, reusable, self-serve processes.
