FP&A Intern

Overview

FP&A Intern supporting the Process Excellence and Intelligence team with AI-assisted solutions, automation, dashboards, reporting, and process improvement across finance and sales operations.

What you'll do

• Support development and testing of AI agents for recurring business processes.
• Automate manual tasks using Python, Power Automate, Excel macros, Office Scripts, and APIs.
• Prepare recurring reports, validate data, track approvals, and manage exceptions.
• Assist with integrations across Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, Outlook, Teams, and Salesforce.
• Build and test validation checks for sales compensation calculations and data reconciliation.
• Test AI-generated outputs for accuracy and alignment with business requirements.
• Document workflows, automation logic, controls, and user guides.

What you'll need

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in a relevant field.
• Basic Python knowledge, including Pandas or Excel file automation.
• Good Excel skills, including formulas, pivot tables, data validation, and reporting.
• Basic knowledge of Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps, or Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Attention to detail when working with financial or operational data.

Nice to have

• Exposure to Microsoft Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, or other AI tools.
• Knowledge of Power Query, VBA, Office Scripts, SQL, or Salesforce reporting.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Teams, or Outlook integrations.
• Exposure to finance, FP&A, sales operations, or sales compensation processes.
