Intern - Financial Planning & Analysis

Overview

Intern supporting the Financial Planning and Analysis team through budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis.

What you'll do

• Analyze headcount management, revenues, and expenses.
• Support annual budgeting and monthly forecasting.
• Prepare monthly management reports and variance analyses.
• Investigate business problems using root cause analysis and hypotheses.
• Summarize and visualize findings in Power BI, Excel, or PowerPoint.
• Communicate project scope and insights to internal stakeholders.
• Meet delivery timelines and participate in knowledge-sharing sessions.

What you'll need

• Management graduate qualification.
• 0–2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical and independent problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage deadlines and multiple tasks under uncertainty.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Eagerness to learn and improve.
