Overview

Front Line Manager for Trust and Safety within the Developer Operations team, leading specialists to uphold user safety and trust across the organization's products and services.

What you'll do

• Manage and lead a team of Trust & Safety specialists to ensure consistent execution of safety protocols.
• Develop and implement strategies to uphold user safety and trust across the organization's products and services.
• Monitor and enforce compliance with established safety policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
• Investigate and resolve user safety concerns and incidents promptly and effectively.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance trust and safety protocols and drive operational improvements.
• Provide regular reporting and insights on trust and safety metrics to support strategic decision-making.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to continuously strengthen trust and safety management.

What you'll need

• Bachelors in Commerce, Economics, or Finance, or Masters in Business Administration or Business Analytics.
• Microsoft Power Business Intelligence (PBI) skills.
• Reporting skills.
• Trust and Safety experience.
• English language proficiency at Advanced (C1) level.

Nice to have

• Certifications: AZ-204 Microsoft Azure Developer Associate; Build Digital Marketing (Genpact); ISTQB Certified Tester; Microsoft Certified Power Platform App Maker Associate; Oracle Certified Professional Java SE 8 Programmer I.
