Overview
Support execution of record-to-report (R2R) accounting activities for Bristol Myers Squibb's Hyderabad Centre of Excellence as a highly collaborative Controllership R2R Ops Manager.
What you'll do
- Support execution of R2R accounting activities in BMS's Hyderabad CoE.
- Apply deep understanding of the business landscape, market trends, and industry dynamics to R2R activities.
- Communicate openly and cooperate to ensure R2R activities are executed seamlessly.
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional results.
What you'll need
- Exceptional expertise in record-to-report accounting processes.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience for qualified (CA/CMA) candidates.
- 8+ years of experience for non CA/CMA candidates.
- Excellent leadership skills.
Details
- Location: Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
- Work mode: expected 50% in-person.
