FSA Business Architecture - Regulatory Reporting

Overview

Business Architecture role owning the Future State Architecture (FSA) for regulatory reporting in the controllership value stream.

What you'll do

• Define, document, and maintain the FSA for regulatory reporting covering end-to-end capabilities, services, and processes.
• Translate finance strategy, regulatory needs, and value stream objectives into a target operating model and business architecture blueprint.
• Represent Finance in technology, data, and AI architecture forums to align solution designs with business outcomes.
• Provide business requirements, constraints, and priorities to architecture and engineering teams; challenge designs that miss finance objectives.
• Support detailed design of FSA-aligned capabilities, services, and processes with traceability from strategy to delivery backlog.
• Manage governance for business design across the value stream and ensure exceptions to the FSA are recorded and managed.

What you'll need

• Excellent knowledge of business architecture concepts.
• Excellent ability to familiarize with new concepts and projects.
• Excellent knowledge of finance and banking data structures and concepts.
• Excellent knowledge of finance processes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Good knowledge of technology architecture, data architecture, and AI architecture.
