FSP Bench Clinical Trial Coordinator

Overview

Provides administrative and technical support to clinical trial project teams, with a focus on audit readiness, site activation, feasibility, documentation, and regulatory support.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and complete assigned trial activities according to task matrices.
• Review department, country, investigator, and trial files and document findings.
• Support site activation, feasibility, site selection, and regulatory submissions.
• Maintain clinical trial systems, databases, trackers, and study documentation.
• Process, review, transmit, and distribute trial documents and communications.
• Analyze study metrics, reconcile findings, and escalate project risks.
• Train new personnel and support onboarding, meetings, and team coordination.

What you'll need

• High or secondary school diploma or equivalent with relevant academic or vocational qualification.
• Previous experience comparable to 0–1 year.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Good English and required local-language skills.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and relevant SOPs.
• Effective communication, judgment, risk-management, and decision-making skills.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.

Details

• Remote in Mexico.
• Standard Monday–Friday work schedule.
• Potential occasional travel and occasional drives to site locations.
