FSP Bench Contract Specialist

Overview

Site Contract Specialist responsible for drafting, negotiating, and finalizing agreements with clinical study sites while managing contractual, budgetary, legal, financial, and operational risks.

What you'll do

• Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize site agreements.
• Negotiate investigator grant budgets and contractual terms within approved parameters.
• Ensure compliance with contractual processes, approvals, templates, and client expectations.
• Identify, assess, and escalate legal, financial, and operational risks.
• Coordinate site startup activities with internal functional departments.
• Align contract negotiations with site activation timelines and critical paths.
• Provide recommendations for resolving investigator contract negotiations.

What you'll need

• 2–5 years of comparable relevant experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant academic or vocational qualification.
• Understanding of contract law and laws affecting contract language.
• Ability to draft and negotiate contract provisions and budget issues with oversight.
• Knowledge of investigator grant negotiation and service-agreement business principles.
• Understanding of pharmaceutical product development and CRO involvement.
• Strong English and local-language communication, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.
