FSP Clinical Trial Coordinator

Overview

Coordinate and support clinical trial activities for project teams, serving as a cross-functional liaison and assisting with study administration, documentation, systems, and site support.

What you'll do

• Coordinate and complete assigned trial activities according to task matrices.
• Review department, country, investigator, and electronic trial master files.
• Track study documentation, training requirements, system access, and activity plans.
• Process documents, communications, meeting support, and reports for trial teams.
• Review regulatory documents and transmit materials to clients and centralized IRB/IEC.
• Reconcile study metrics and support resolution of site documentation findings.
• Maintain vendor trackers and support site materials, translations, and training activities.

What you'll need

• At least 4 years of comparable experience, or equivalent education, training, and related experience.
• High or secondary school diploma or equivalent and relevant formal academic or vocational qualification.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of applicable country regulations, ICH Good Clinical Practices, and applicable SOPs.
• Excellent English and grammar skills, with local language proficiency as needed.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and clinical trial database systems.
• Ability to work independently or in a team and adapt to changing timelines.

• Bachelor's degree.
• Good presentation skills.

• Remote in Mexico.
• Standard Monday-to-Friday schedule.
• Occasional travel and drives to site locations may be required.
