Solution Architect

Overview

Serve as a Solution Architect supporting LATAM customers across industries by designing scalable Salesforce solutions and leading digital transformation initiatives.

What you'll do

• Advise business and technology stakeholders on solution visions aligned with business objectives.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using Customer 360 and multi-cloud strategies.
• Translate business requirements into scalable and sustainable solutions.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and workshops to gather requirements and prioritize backlogs.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration, technical guidance, risk mitigation, and delivery alignment.
• Mentor architects, analysts, and consultants while supporting technical excellence.
• Lead solution estimations, technical proposals, pre-sales activities, and executive discussions.

What you'll need

• 5+ years of relevant experience in enterprise-level projects through the full software development lifecycle.
• Experience delivering enterprise-scale Salesforce solutions in complex transformation programs.
• Strong expertise with Salesforce Platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Field Service.
• Experience designing scalable, secure, and maintainable multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
• Experience leading customer-facing consulting engagements.
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
• Advanced or fluent English.

Nice to have

• Spanish proficiency.
• Experience with Agentforce, AI-powered Salesforce capabilities, and AI tools.
• Experience in one or more listed industries, including financial services, healthcare, retail, public sector, manufacturing, or utilities.
