Customer Success Data Analyst

Overview

Support Customer and Partner Success through reporting and analysis of customer health, product usage, adoption, and engagement data. Deliver insights that inform retention, growth, and account strategy.

What you'll do

• Build and maintain reports and dashboards tracking customer health, adoption, feature usage, and engagement.
• Define and refine KPI and health-score frameworks with cross-functional teams.
• Analyze usage data to identify adoption trends, at-risk accounts, expansion opportunities, and whitespace.
• Prepare customer-facing QBR/EBR decks, usage summaries, and scorecards.
• Maintain customer and usage data accuracy and governance in Salesforce and internal systems.
• Support data uploads, cleanup, and customer-record maintenance.
• Triage reporting and data requests and provide monthly project and KPI updates.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in data/reporting analysis, business intelligence, or a related analytical role.
• Ability to turn usage and account data into decision-ready insights.
• Strong data analysis, organizational, communication, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
• Ability to present data to non-technical audiences.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or customer/partner support.
• Experience with Salesforce, Gainsight, and QuickSight or similar BI tools.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Knowledge of related HCM industries.
