Senior Analytics Engineer - GTM

Overview

Senior Analytics Engineer supporting go-to-market growth through data pipelines, models, dashboards, and analytics products. The role partners with sales and GTM stakeholders to establish reliable metrics and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

• Drive the GTM data roadmap and build scalable data products.
• Build and maintain pipelines and data marts for headcount, quota attainment, and pipeline metrics.
• Build dashboards to track core performance metrics.
• Collaborate with GTM analysts to enable effective use of datasets and data tools.
• Build semantic models and evaluations for AI tools that query business data.
• Develop documentation, tutorials, technical specifications, and presentations.
• Communicate data concepts and align teams on metrics and definitions.

What you'll need

• 7+ years of experience in data engineering, data analytics, or analytics engineering.
• Deep expertise in data modeling and data warehouse design.
• Expert SQL skills.
• Experience with Snowflake or BigQuery.
• Expert knowledge of Salesforce's data model and other GTM systems.
• Experience with dbt and Git.
• Experience working with sales, sales operations, sales compensation, and finance teams.

Nice to have

• Direct experience with Hex.
