Full Stack Engineer

Overview

As a Full Stack Engineer, design, build, and refine end-to-end system features spanning the user interface to backend infrastructure. Deliver innovative client solutions using new technologies with a cloud-first and agile mindset.

What you'll do

• Develop and engineer end-to-end system features from user experience to backend code.
• Apply development skills and new technologies to solve challenging business problems and improve client services.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of scalable software solutions that meet business requirements.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to ensure alignment and timely delivery of project milestones.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 year(s) of experience in Java Full Stack Development.
• 15 years full time education.
• Proficiency in Java Full Stack Development.
• Experience with front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of backend development including RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and deployment strategies.
• Understanding of database management systems and data modeling.
• Ability to work within agile development environments and utilize version control systems.
