Fullstack Engineer (Backend Leaning) - Flows

Overview

Build Studio’s “produce once, distribute everywhere” workflow within ElevenLabs’ generative graph engine, Flows. You will take finished Studio projects through the dubbing pipeline to produce versions in multiple languages and aspect ratios, with auto-translated captions.

What you'll do

• Own the “produce once, distribute everywhere” workflow.
• Take finished Studio projects through the dubbing pipeline to produce them in many languages and aspect ratios, with auto-translated captions.
• Shape project specifications through written proposals (RFCs).
• Pressure-test data structures with the team lead.
• Carry the project from first draft to launch.

What you'll need

• Be a strong backend generalist who has designed and shipped complex, data-heavy systems end to end.
• Be comfortable with enterprise-grade concerns such as usage reporting and accounts.
• Have evidence of product ownership through side projects, open source, or work in a product-facing context.
• Have taken projects from inception to launch with little hand-holding.
• Have strong capability with complex data structures and the product instincts to decide what’s worth building.

Nice to have

• Experience with media or video-processing pipelines.
