Overview

Senior Fullstack Engineer for GTM Engineering, designing and building backend systems and services that power go-to-market and growth platforms, with opportunities to contribute across the stack.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services and APIs for GTM and growth platforms.
• Contribute across the stack, including frontend work when needed.
• Provide technical direction for owned systems, including build-versus-buy decisions.
• Identify and resolve performance, scalability, and reliability issues in backend systems.
• Review code and designs and give feedback to other engineers.
• Mentor junior engineers and document design decisions and backend architecture.

What you'll need

• Track record of owning backend systems in production.
• Fullstack skills with proficiency in Vue, Node, Go, and Ruby.
• Deep experience in backend service design, including API design, data modeling, and database performance.
• Track record of making sound technical trade-offs independently.
• Clear written communication skills for architecture proposals and design records.
• Practical and proactive collaboration approach.
