GBS Healthcare Training & Development Design Specialist

Overview

GBS Healthcare Training & Development Design Specialist role focused on creating and deploying learning solutions for employee performance, onboarding, process adoption, and readiness initiatives.

What you'll do

• Design and develop eLearning modules, VILT, and web-based learning.
• Build Storyline 360 and Rise 360 learning experiences from concept through deployment.
• Create interactive simulations, branching scenarios, software demonstrations, and knowledge checks.
• Develop AI-enabled learning assets using Colossyan AI and similar tools.
• Produce and edit instructional videos and related multimedia learning content.
• Perform quality assurance reviews for accuracy, consistency, functionality, accessibility, and engagement.
• Maintain and update existing learning content in line with business/system/process changes.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of professional experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or related work.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design frameworks, and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
