GenAI Data Engineering Lead

Overview

GenAI Data Engineering Lead responsible for leading engineering teams and supporting delivery of location strategy projects with required quality, budget, and governance standards.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage engineering teams to achieve project goals.
• Oversee timelines, team allocation, risk management, and task prioritization.
• Mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide actionable feedback.
• Enhance engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency.
• Enforce technology standards, facilitate peer reviews, and implement robust testing.
• Develop technical solutions aligned to business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.

What you'll need

• Strong experience leading/ managing software engineering teams.
• Hands-on Python development experience (FastAPI, Django, APIs, Microservices) and React.
• Experience building Generative AI solutions including LLMs and AI Assistants.
• Experience with RAG, AI agents/agentic workflows, and prompt engineering.
• Experience with GenAI governance and responsible AI.
• Experience with AWS, containers, and CI/CD.
