German Speaking - Banking Specialist Associate - Income & Corporate Actions

Overview

Handle end-to-end Corporate Action and income processing in Avaloq Core Banking System, from event identification to client notifications and custodians’ instructions.

What you'll do

• Identify and create corporate events in Avaloq Core Banking System.
• Prepare timely client notifications about upcoming events and their impact.
• Manage client elections by accepting actions by the relevant deadline.
• Process, book, and control corporate actions and income collections.
• Generate and execute corporate action instructions to custodians and third-party contacts after receiving authorised decisions.
• Update corporate action movements accurately and on time.
• Investigate and resolve stock and cash breaks from event bookings following quality controls.

What you'll need

• Ability to multi-task and work within a team and independently with limited supervision.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with financial markets and investment instruments.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and aptitude to learn new software/systems.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in written and spoken German and English.
