Global Billing Operations - Senior Manager

Overview

Support the Global Billing Data Sourcing Lead in driving the billing data transformation strategy, ensuring data is available within agreed SLAs for timely client billing and that automation and migration to the Oracle-based ORMB platform progress as planned.

What you'll do

• Work with the Data Sourcing Lead to automate data within Data Hub and send it to downstream applications including ORMB in a controlled environment.
• Support and partner with invoicing and setup teams to identify opportunities to reduce manual data sources and convert them to automation in Data Hub, at product and system level.
• Partner with GBIC, Fee Schedule Governance and Data Governance on new client services, billing methodology, data, SLAs and data source provider agreements so the team has the documentation needed to onboard new clients.
• Align with the Data Sourcing Lead on prioritization (conversion, DCO and billability) with Product (DMH, CSA, ORMB) and optimize existing data sources.
• Monitor, track and report progress, targets and outcomes linked to target-state operating.
• Support new source identification across all regions, automation, user acceptance testing of new data sources, system build-out validation and conversion, providing insights, status and opportunities.
• Promote a risk excellence culture and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT/Finance or equivalent industry-recognized qualification.
• Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a Financial/Global Services organization, Investment Banking or related IT industry.
• Attention to detail, ownership and accountability.
• Ability to navigate and partner with various stakeholders.
• Ability to communicate and present effectively.
• Positive attitude, organized, self-starter, with a history of contributing to a successful, diverse team.
• Demonstrated experience of multi-tasking and effective time management with attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to influence across silos and work with broader teams with a collaborative attitude.
