Global Leader - Lean Digital Transformation

Overview

Lead Lean Digital Transformation engagements for Genpact clients, defining value generation roadmaps and driving transformation outcomes across aligned accounts.

What you'll do

• Bring industry knowledge, world class capabilities, innovation and cutting-edge technology to drive value generation for clients
• Define and execute value generation roadmaps for aligned accounts leading to large substantial impact to clients
• Partner with multi-function teams to constantly enrich the engagement with clients
• Lead the execution of projects ranging from business diagnostic, organization design, business process design
• Align with COO/Operating leaders / Portfolio Owner on transformation commitments across all involved teams and facilitate agreement from all important partners
• Be the trusted transformation partner for the client leadership
• Drive end-to-end thinking and solutions that leverage Lean, Six Sigma, Digital and Analytics solutions to deliver long term benefits to clients
• Lead Master Black Belt Level Projects and coach and mentor Black Belts
• Generate business impact for clients using CI methodologies and frameworks, for the assigned verticals / region
• Deploy Lean Six Sigma framework to improve process performance on the shop floor
• Orchestrate operational excellence, governance and transformation rigor to optimize short-term improvement and long-term value creation

What you'll need

• MBA / CA with extensive experience
• Prior solution design, consulting experience or IT domain consulting experience
• Process consulting experience preferred over business/ strategy consulting
• Proven track record of driving transformation in client operations
• Global perspective and understanding of business marketplace
• Project Management Skills
• Language: English (Required), Upper Intermediate - B2
• Qualifications: Bachelors - Commerce, Bachelors - Economics, Bachelors - Finance, Masters - Business Administration, Masters - Business Analytics
• Certifications: ITIL Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management - Axelos
• Required skills: Business Analysis, Domain Consulting, Lean Six Sigma (LSS), Modernizing Operations, Project Management, Solutions Design

Nice to have

• Certified LSS Black Belt
• Experience with digital tools or in financial services space
• Global Exposure
• Digital deployment for large/ medium scale customers
• Certified Master Black Belt
