Graduate Engineer Trainee,Order Management

Overview

As a Graduate Engineer Trainee in Order Management, you will create and manage production plans, coordinate teams for timely material availability, and use ERP/MRP systems to monitor KPIs and inventories.

What you'll do

• Prepare and manage production plans and schedules to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Production, Stores, Engineering, and Quality for smooth production flow.
• Monitor production progress daily, identify bottlenecks, and implement corrective actions.
• Perform material and capacity planning using ERP/MRP while maintaining optimal inventory levels.
• Track raw material, WIP, and finished goods inventory and maintain optimal levels.
• Maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) and production routing in the ERP system.
• Prepare daily and monthly production reports and analyze variances and resource utilization.

What you'll need

• BE in Mechanical or BE in Electrical.
• 0 to 1 year professional experience (freshers can apply).
• Awareness of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 requirements.
• Compliance management knowledge.
• Communication skills.
• Working knowledge and usability of ERP systems.
