Graduate Trainee (Apprentice), Global Operations

Overview

Graduate Trainee/Apprentice in Global Operations, supporting end-to-end trade operations and operational risk management for clients.

What you'll do

• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to resolve operational issues.
• Support the end-to-end trade lifecycle for equities, fixed income, ETD, OTC derivatives, and foreign exchange.
• Handle trade settlements, confirmations, and ensure accurate and timely processing.
• Manage commission recapture processes to improve operational efficiency and cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations including MIFID II and CSDR.
• Monitor and implement processes for trade reporting, settlement discipline, and collateral management.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, or business administration.
• Demonstrate strong individual contributor and team player ability in a fast-paced environment.
• Be able to prioritize and complete multiple assignments under short deadlines.
• Possess excellent communication skills and the ability to tailor communication style.
• Have strong computer skills, including advanced proficiency with Excel.
