Growth Account Executive, Startups

Overview

Growth Account Executive (Startups) managing a portfolio of startup customers and helping them scale engagement around safe, frontier AI using tools like Claude.

What you'll do

• Manage a portfolio of 100+ startup accounts and maintain retention while finding expansion opportunities.
• Build and execute scalable engagement models using Claude and automation to serve high-volume customers.
• Identify breakout accounts with high growth potential and manage transitions to expanded coverage.
• Develop and document best practices for scaled customer engagement across the Growth AE organization.
• Run streamlined account health checks and flag early churn risk indicators.
• Partner with customers to understand their business models and products during AI transformation.
• Collaborate with Applied AI and other cross-functional teams to support customers’ technical needs.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, customer success, or related roles.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a high volume of customer relationships.
• Strong communication skills to build rapport across different customer personas.
• Analytical mindset comfortable using data to prioritize accounts and identify trends.
• Enthusiasm for emerging technologies and interest in AI.
• Comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.

Details

• Location-based hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
