Growth Operations Associate

Overview

Support demand generation and pipeline growth through growth operations, campaign execution, data management, reporting, and performance analytics. Work with Growth, Sales, SDR, Business Development, and Operations teams.

What you'll do

• Define ICPs, target accounts, buyer personas, and campaign priorities.
• Analyse CRM, campaign, market, customer, and prospect data for growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain target account and contact databases.
• Execute and optimise multichannel campaigns and nurture programmes.
• Manage Salesforce campaign tracking, attribution, tagging, reporting, and dashboards.
• Support BD and SDR prospecting, engagement tracking, and account progression.
• Deliver event lead generation, follow-up, conversion reporting, and performance insights.

What you'll need

• Experience in Growth Operations, Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, Revenue Operations, or similar commercial operations.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, Pardot, Outreach, HubSpot, or equivalent platforms.
• Experience building dashboards, reports, and executive-level performance analysis.
• Strong analytical skills in segmentation, lead scoring, campaign attribution, and funnel reporting.
• Experience using AI tools, intent platforms, enrichment technologies, or third-party data.
• Ability to work across Growth, Sales, SDR, BD, Product, and Operations teams.
• Strong organisation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
