GTM AI Engineer

Overview

As a GTM AI Engineer on the AI Operations team, you will build and maintain internal AI agents, automations, and full stack applications for the GTM organization.

What you'll do

• Own the full development lifecycle from prototyping and proof-of-concept to production scaling.
• Conduct beta tests with end users and provide ongoing maintenance for internal AI tools.
• Build agentic tools using Glean and N8N.
• Develop full stack applications using Cursor and Google Cloud.
• Integrate key data sources into applications/agents with secure practices aligned to data governance.
• Plan UX approaches that work for less technical business users.
• Manage a production cost envelope and test LLM models to balance performance with token-consumption costs.

What you'll need

• Strong understanding of AI fundamentals such as context windows, token consumption, compute costs, chunking, and performance benchmarks.
• Knowledge of API usage, scripting, SQL/SOQL, and Python fundamentals.
• Experience with prompt engineering for complex tasks.
• Experience leveraging foundational models (e.g., Gemini, GPT, Claude) via web interfaces and APIs.
• Familiarity with agentic landscape concepts including orchestration layers and MCP.
• Documentation creation and end-user training experience for launched tools.

Details

• Compensation range stated for the United States: $112,000–$140,000 USD.
• Some interviews or new-hire training sessions may be held in person at one of the company’s global offices.
