Overview

Gym Receptionist for Soho House Mumbai, supporting a welcoming, safe, member and guest experience at the gym.

What you'll do

• Welcome and engage with members and guests to ensure a warm, personalised experience.
• Handle member enquiries, requests, and feedback in a friendly and efficient manner.
• Manage gym entry and exit access and ensure security procedures are followed.
• Support membership administration and maintain accurate member and operational records.
• Promote available memberships, gym services, challenges, and House initiatives.
• Maintain cleanliness and organise reception and surrounding gym areas throughout the shift.
• Perform equipment checks and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.

What you'll need

• Experience in hospitality, fitness, wellness, hotels, clubs, or another customer-facing environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Warm, approachable, and confident when interacting with people.
• Organised with comfort handling basic administration and computer systems.
• Confidence in promoting memberships and services.
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
