Service & Operations Process Trainee

Overview

Process service requests for advisors and clients, resolve account-related issues, and provide customer-focused support in a financial services operations environment.

What you'll do

• Process assigned service request cases accurately within deadlines and operating procedures.
• Review service requests and supporting documentation using computer applications.
• Follow up with advisors and stakeholders for missing information.
• Coordinate with United States Home Office business partners on incomplete service requests.
• Approve requests that are in good order.
• Reject requests that are not in good order and provide the rationale.
• Participate in team meetings, training, and process improvement discussions.

What you'll need

• Strong communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Working knowledge of computers.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong academic background or orientation.

Nice to have

• Product-specific or financial services industry experience.
• One to two years of brokerage experience.

Details

• Full-time role.
• Hybrid office arrangement: at least three days per week in the office and up to two days working from home.
• Working hours are 8:00 p.m. to 4:30 a.m. India time.
