HCM Business Advisory Senior, NCT

Overview

HCM Business Advisory Senior role supporting HR strategies and initiatives, providing expert knowledge and support on HR policies, programmes, processes and people strategy within the bank.

What you'll do

• Work with stakeholders to implement people agenda initiatives and advise employees and managers on people topics.
• Provide guidance on HR policies and processes, including employee lifecycle changes, and troubleshoot technical issues in HR applications.
• Work with HRBPs and specialist HR product areas to support employee queries and cyclical processes such as performance management, year-end compensation and promotion, and annual tax proof submission.
• Partner with HRIT teams and country HR on new releases and test new functionalities in HR systems.
• Take responsibility and accountability for delivering HR services in line with country regulations.
• Assist compliance, AFC and regional ER teams with data collation for internal investigations.
• Partner with heads of business to ensure sound people decisions are undertaken.
• Support and drive organizational initiatives with respective stakeholders.
• Partner with the business to define and translate business needs into human capital strategy.
• Drive global processes, including in region, country or sub-division, such as year-end compensation, promotion and talent management.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience in HR shared services and advisory functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent negotiation skills and experience troubleshooting complex issues across HR functions.
• Good knowledge of HCM tools such as Workday and Service Now.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Proven ability to leverage AI tools to enhance productivity and optimise workflows to solve business problems, applying critical judgment to ensure responsible and ethical use of data and AI outputs.
